This mod adds a unique and re-playable treasure hunt with fantastic (though not overpowered) rewards.

Highly recommended as it is the only treasure mod of its kind!

This mod is based on "Realistic Loot" by rohverK.
The mod attempts to add organs as dropped items from various animals/beasts, as well as give npcs the chance of having scarce items.

Since many of the mods on this list bring back many "old school" rpg game elements, why not add a mod that does the same for treasure? This mod adds a variety of new items to the looting list in the game which makes it more interesting and exciting to explore ruins and dungeons.

Scarcity by syclonix

The goal of Scarcity is to bring back a (difficult) balance to the world of Skyrim for players using mods that add creatures, npcs and weapons/armor. The idea is that since more has been added, more will be easier to obtain. Adding Scarcity (and including it in a bashed patch) will make unique items and equipment harder to obtain. So finding a unique piece of treasure feels rewarding once again.

Buried Treasure by hypno88

This little buried treasure (pun!) places buried treasures around Skyrim. There aren't any maps to guide you, you'll only be able to tell there is a buried treasure by a large dirt mound. You'll need a shovel, but caring one with you will ensure you are always ready to dig up what could be your next favorite weapon. Further, this mod lets you dig holes and bury your own items for safe-keeping for later.

Souvenir Heads and Useful Remains by creeposaurus

This mod adds a bit of disturbing detail to the game, and thus has made our list! It is somewhat similar to the above Realistic Loot Lite mod in that it adds body parts to corpses. But, this mod takes things a little bit further. . . It adds all kinds of organs and severed body parts to gather up. But the best part is the flesh. With this mod installed, you'll be ale to gather up enough flesh to craft entire pieces of "leather" armor! That's right kiddos, once you slay your foe, you and skin him and tan his hide (that was the butt of all jokes right there) into your very own brand new armor! The same can also happen to your followers. Now if they die, be sure that a part of them stays with you forever. It's a touching mod truly.

This mod brings back the good ole' RPG style looting. Fans of the old-school RPG treasure hunting experience will absolutely love this "treasure". It adds various enchantments and adds back in classic RPG attributes. The mod comes with an MCM that allows you tailor it to your tastes. This particular masterpiece makes dungeon diving, rewarding and fun again!

Complementary Mods: We prefer using mods like Genesis or other difficulty enhancing mods to make earning the newer treasures even more difficult and rewarding!
